Lance began his real estate career in Orange Beach shortly after graduating from the University of Georgia in 2005, where he obtained a degree in finance. Throughout his years of real estate sales, Lance has also been active in real estate development and investment. In 2012, Lance co-founded two local insurance firms focused on creating and providing property insurance products for coastal Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and South Carolina. After leaving the insurance industry, Lance teamed up with his wife, Erin Niel, in 2017 to form The Niel Group at REMAX of Orange Beach. Since its inception, he has helped The Niel Group consistently rank in the top ten REMAX teams in Alabama and sell over 400 properties totaling over $248M of real estate. Lance is a REMAX Hall of Fame Member and the recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award.
