The real estate buying process is exciting and fun, but it can be complicated and will likely result in one of the largest purchases you will make in your lifetime. We have assembled the following list to help ensure you have a positive experience.
Mortgage Approval
One of your first tasks will be to get pre-qualified through a mortgage broker. A reputable mortgage broker will be able to ascertain the amount of money a bank or investor will allow you to borrow for your real estate purchase. They will also be able to furnish you with a pre-approval letter, which is important to have on file when making an offer to purchase as it will show the sellers that you are a sound candidate for acquiring their property.
Location
Serious consideration must be given to the location of your home or property as real estate values, services, taxes, schools, and lifestyles vary across different areas. Property Inspection

Gathering as much information as possible about a potential real estate purchase is extremely important, so be sure to ask questions.
