Our current real estate market is defined by strong demand and low inventory. Product that is priced correctly is moving quickly. Our appreciation rates are tracking close to 6% on an annual basis. 
Market Stats:
*  Interest Rates are surprisingly still steady
*  Unemployment is at the lowest level in 16 years, 4.3%
*  349,000 jobs added last month, over 1 million year to date
*  Earnings are up 4.6% vs prior year
*  National Market:
     *  Home Sales are up 1.5%
     *  Supply - 2.8 months
     *  Days on the Market - 47
*  June Baldwin County Home Sales
     *  Unit Sales - 689 vs 569 in 2016 - 21.1% increase
     *  Prices - $287 vs $276 - 4% increase
     *  Supply - 3.9 month vs 5.1 - 23.4% decrease
*  June Baldwin County Condo Sales
     *  Unit Sales - 181 vs 155 in 2016 - 16.8% increase
     *  Prices - $326 vs $308 - 6% increase
     *  Supply - 3.8 month vs 5.5 last year - 30.3% decrease
